What began as a small endeavour in April 2024 has blossomed into a thriving micro-bakery. Paula's hand-stretched sourdough pizza bases — and now, jars of her own living starter — have become a firm favourite with home cooks across the village and surrounding areas who want real, slow-fermented bread without the weeks of feeding it themselves.
